How long does it take for concrete coatings to dry?
You can walk on your newly coated concrete after 8 hours from completion. For driving or moving furniture, we recommend waiting 24 hours to ensure the coating is fully cured and ready for heavy use.

What do I need to do to prepare my floors before you arrive?

We ask that all furniture, vehicles, and personal items be removed from the area prior to our arrival. This allows our team to begin work immediately and ensures a smooth, efficient installation process. If you have any large or difficult-to-move items, please let us know in advance so we can assist or provide guidance. While we are happy to help move one or two items if needed, we are not able to empty the entire space for you.

How do I clean and care for the floor after?

To maintain your coated floor, use a solution of Dawn® dish soap and water with a deck brush. Gently scrub the surface and rinse thoroughly to remove dirt and debris.

Will oil spills or tire marks damage my coated floor?

No. Our polyurea coatings are designed to resist oil, grease, and tire marks.The durable, non-porous surface helps prevent staining and allows for easy cleanup, keeping your floor looking great for years to come.

Will the coated floor be slippery?

No. Safety is a top priority in our coating systems. All outdoor applications automatically include slip-resistant additives to enhance traction and provide a secure walking surface. For indoor spaces, traction-enhancing options are also available based on the intended use of the area. Our goal is to deliver a floor that is both beautiful and safe for everyday use.

Will existing cracks show through the coating?

No. Prior to installation, we repair and fill existing cracks using a high-strength crack repair material. Once applied, our coating system is designed to move with the natural expansion and contraction of the concrete, helping to minimize the appearance of future cracks and providing a seamless, long-lasting finish.
